Coutinho from BNDES preaches for “trade remedies measures”.    
                    
The president of Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Economico e Social (BNDES), Luciano Coutinho, said that in a war context of international foreign exchange the country needs to redouble attention to 'prevent a movement of de-industrialization'.

During a lecture at the Federation of Industries of São Paulo (FIESP), he said that we can not throw in the towel and accept the depletion of productive, accepting that an explosion of imported components empty inside, especially in the capital goods industry, machinery industry, our industrial chains. Coutinho said that "imports are showing signs of growing explosively with evidence of unfair competition." Now the initiative must come from the private sector. "

According to the president of BNDES, the companies damaged by unfair competition should trigger defense mechanisms provided by the antidumping World Trade Organization (WTO). 'We can not be naive. Coutinho was speaking before the launch of the Innovation Center Paulista, in partnership with SESI, SENAI-SP, SP-Sebrae and Development Office of the State.
